Lexi Watson

 

Lexi Watson, graduated from Old Dominion University in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology. Lexi began her dance training at the age of three at Spring Ridge Dance Center. She has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Point, and Acro-dance. At Spring Ridge she taught Jazz/Tap combo classes as well as Hip hop and Jazz/contemporary classes. During the summers Lexi taught summer camp at the studio from ages 2 through 9 in class from dance exploration to hip hop camp. While in High School, Lexi was a captain of the pom and dance team as well as took part in and choreographed for the Dance Classes at Linganore High School. She has gone back and guest taught for the Dance classes during college. While in college, Lexi was a part of the ODU Dance Club and was a part of their semester showcases. Lexi is excited to join the Center Stage staff and hopes to continue to inspire those around her through the art of dance.
