Brooke Mooney, RAD RTS graduated from Washington College in May 2017 with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management and a minor in Economics and Dance. Brooke started dancing at the age of three and continued her training in the TWIGS Program at the Baltimore School for the Arts in Baltimore City. While attending high school at Mercy she was part of their Dance Troupe and participated in a variety of external performances including the Nutcracker at the Hippodrome. She continued her love for dance at Washington College as a member of the Dance Club, Sho’ Troupe and Dance Minor Program. She was a member of the executive board of Dance Club and started the Dance Honors Society, Delta Eta Pi, at Washington College. Brooke received honors for her senior thesis, "Nourish with Company,” which combined her business major and dance minor.
Upon graduation, she wanted to further her passion for dance by pursuing her certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies through the Royal Academy of Dance as a licensed teacher. She officially became certified in 2021!
