Carly Faye

 

Carly Faye danced and taught professionally in NYC for 10 years. She now resides in her hometown of Baltimore, MD. She was the Head Teacher and Manager for a competitive dance company for her final 7 years in NYC, where her dancers won multiple competitive awards, and performed at Brooklyn's Barclays Center, and Madison Square Garden. Carly has been training dancers in Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Modern, Lyrical, Tap and Ballet for over 15 years. Her students have been accepted into the Kirov Academy, Carnegie Mellon, University of the Arts, Julliard, The Bolshoi Ballet, Alvin Ailey, and have gone on to have professional careers all over the world. Carly performed professionally with Silvertree Productions, The Next Stage Project, Baltimore Dance Collective, and at New York Fashion Week. Carly currently teaches students age 2 - adult, and serves as a Master Teacher and Guest Choreographer at several studios and schools through out the Baltimore-Washington, NY/NJ area. She has served as an Adjudicator and Master Teacher with Starquest International, Spotlight Dance Cup, and Impact Dance Adjudicators. 

 

Carly Faye is currently the co-host of, "Count Me In: A Dance and Education Podcast" where weekly, she and her sister discuss dance, education, and so much more. They have in depth conversations with working artists, educators, writers, producers, from all over the world about their experience in dance and education.
